Finalmente criei coragem e me arrisquei a fazer as temidas marble nails (unhas marmorizadas). A meleca que esse tipo de nail art faz é o que desanima a maioria das meninas na hora de tentar, mas fiz de um jeito que não fez meleca, e que ficou fácil de limpar.
I finally had enough courage to try my hand at marble nails. The mess this kind of mani makes is what discourages most people to try it. I did this a little different than usual, and it was easy to clean-up.
A técnica das marble nails involve o pinga pinga de esmaltes num copo ou potinho com água. Não vou fazer um tutorial por que ainda estou pegando as manhas dessa arte, mas os vídeos da My Simple Little Pleasures no You Tube são os melhores, então super recomendo!
O que eu fiz foi um pouco diferente, e é chamado de dry marble, em vez de water marble. Estou me arriscando no water marble, e assim que eu aprender bem, mostro aqui pra vocês e digo qual das duas foi mais fácil.
A dry marble é a seco, como o nome diz. Em vez de pingar os esmaltes na água, você usa uma superfície de plástico. Pretendo explicar direitinho, mas não hoje. I did the dry marble technique though. Instead of using water, I used a ziplock bag, and on its surface I dripped the polishes, then did the drawing. I plan on having a tutorial up sometime next month, and I also plan on trying the traditional water marble so I can compare both.
Escolhi um esquema de cores em tons de teal e turquesa, e joguei um azul clarinho no meio só pra quebrar um pouco e dar variedade.
I chose a cool color scheme and used tones of turquoise and teal, and a baby blue to break things up a little bit.
